Stephaine Jamison, Head Swim Coach
Coach Stephanie swam club for 14 years, including in high school and college. She swam for Colorado State all 4 years on an athletic scholarship and was team captain her senior year. She began coaching at Autumn Ridge when she moved back to Ft Wayne in 2016. The following fall she started at TRAC with the Platinum group. Stephanie is currently coaching at FORT swim team. She was chosen to coach the 11-12 age group at the Mid State Championship meet in 2024. Stephanie has coached top 10 placing athletes at Age Group State as well as Senior State. She coached Snider boys and girls swim team in 2017 and led them to become SAC Champions and she also had swimmers place top 16 at the High School State Championship meet. In addition, she has also coached Olympic Trial qualifier, Finn Brooks and Paralympic Trial quualifier, Cali Prochaska. She also led Poco to win the 2024 City Swim Championship for the first time in 40 years. She is married to Carlton and they have 3 kids together; Kieran, Koa, and Kalei.
Tyler Kaiser, Head Dive Coach
Coach Tyler attends Trine University studying Sports Management. He has been diving for eight years and coaching for seven years. Along with diving, he played tennis for Trine and continues to swim competitively. Tyler is the Head Coah of the Stueben County Wavemakers and assitant coach for the Angola High School Swim Team. This will be his fifth year coaching at Poco and he is very excited to not only help your kids move to the next level in diving or even start their diving journey, but also have fun and grow in character on the way. Coming off a super successful year winning Poco's First Ever City Dive Champtionship, he is extremely excited to get back on the boards and have another great season!
Ronda Rhodenizer, Head Prep Coach and Assistant Swim Coach
Ronda has coached as a 10 and under coach for five years for various club teams. She has also been a NICU nurse for 23 years. She loves working with children and helping them master new skills while learning how to be safe in the water. She and her husband, Eldon have 5 children, Leiah, Jonah, Mercy, Jarah, Micah, and Jaiel.
Nick Eddy, Assistant Swim Coach
Nick currently attends Purdue University. He has been a Poco lifeguard for the past 4 years and coached our swim team the past 5 seasons. He started competing in the Fort Wayne Summer Swim league at 7 years old at Glen Aqua then Blackhawk. He has been in the top 8 at Age Group State 8 times individually and 6 times on a relay team. He swam for Bishop Dwenger for 4 years and was All-SAC all 4 years. He has won the 200 IM at the SAC meet 2 years consecutively. He has swam competitively for club teams the past 10 years. Nick cannot wait to use his experience to teach your young swimmer the fundamentals, stroke and turn techniques for another great summer at POCO!
Grace Dickmeyer, Assistant Swim Coach
Grace is entering her senior year at Homestead High School. Grace began swimming when she was 5 years old on the prep team at Poco, and has been here since. She loves summer swim, and has had the best experieces growing up on the Poco team. She has swam on competitive club teams for 6 years and now swims on the Homestead High Schol Swim team, where she will enter her fourth season this winter. She is on the dive team for fun, and loves to do anything in the water. She also loves kids, and cannot wait to be back coaching for her favorite team, Poco!
Mercy Rhodenizer, Assistant Dive Coach
Mercy Rhodenizer attends Liberty University. Mercy has grown up at the pool and has been swimming year round since she was 4 years old. She started diving competitively when she was 7 years old. She has been coaching prep team for 3 years and has enjoyed helping the younger children in dive during her free time as well. This will be her third year as assistant dive coach and she’s excited to help the next generation of divers develop a love for the sport.
