GMU Update below:
Our last practice at GMU will be Sunday September 22nd. GMU will reopen Monday October 14th. All Sunday practices will be at Manassas Park. While GMU is closed please join us at Cub Run or Manassas Park
Cub Run Practice Schedule
13 & Over - Monday, Wednesday, Friday - 6:15 am - 7:15 am
13 & Over - Tuesday, Thursday - 6:00 am - 7:15 am
Middle School - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm
12 & Under - Monday - Thursday - 7:15 am - 8:15 am
Manassas Park
13 & Over - Monday - Friday - 5:30 am - 7:00 am
12 & Under - Monday - Thursday - 6:00 am - 7:00 am
12 & Under - Monday - Thursday - 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm
All ages - Sunday - 3:00 - 4:00 pm - Only while GMU is closed

- 09/23 - GMU will begin to drain pool 5a
- 09/30 - 10/06 - T repair and sand/filter repairs will take place
- 10/07 - GMU will begin re-filling the comp pool after work to retrofit the missing ‘Ts’ is complete.
- The process for re-filling the pool will take a minimum of 72-hours, which means that the bulkheads can’t be installed until 10/10.
- 10/08 - Both bulkheads will ship from manufacturer on 10/03 and will take five days to arrive onsite.
- 10/10 – Bulkheads will be placed in the comp pool.
- 10/10 - 10/13 - Bulkhead install and water rebalancing will take place
- 10/14 - Competition pool will re-open
