Hope it's been a great week. Thank you to everyone that joined us last Saturday at our 1st Annual Team Bowling event. We had 65 swimmers join us and we had a great time. Thank you to Coach Patrick for organizing. 

If you haven't sent in your goals please send to me and to your coach.

Just sent an invite to our 3rd meet of the season. The Loughmiller Memorial Invitational. Registration deadline October 26. This event will be held at two locations. On Friday evening we'll have an opportunity for our 9-12 year old swimmers to race the 500 yard freestyle at GMU in Fairfax. I encourage all of our swimmers to try new events and this is a great opportunity. This meet is also offering RELAYS, each team is allowed to enter 3 relays per event, 8 & under, 9-10 & 11-12. Saturday and Sunday the meet will be at PWCS in Manassas. Everyone received a copy of the meet announcement in the original invite but I've attached it here as well. All swimmers placing in the Top 8 will receive medals. Top 3 relays will receive a prize. Should be a fun event, hope you can join us.
