Rising 7th grade & rising 9th grade swimmers are invited to try a practice at our Middle School practice and our high school practice. Please pick a time that fits with your schedule, let me know when you plan on attending so I can coordinate with coaches.

Cub Run - Coach Logan - Middle School - Monday 2:30-3:30, Wednesday 2:30-3:30, Friday 3:00-4:00. All middle school practices will be 3:00-4:00 starting Feb 1.

Cub Run - Coach Thalia & Coach Logan - High School - Monday, Wednesday, Friday 6:15 am - 7:15 am, Tuesday & Thursday 6:00 am - 7:15 am

George Mason - Coach Patrick - High School - 6:00 pm - 7:00 pm - Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

George Mason - Coach Russ - High School - 3:00 pm - 4:00 pm - Sunday

Manassas Park - Coach Russ - High School, Middle School (Advanced) Elementary School (Advanced) 5:30 am - 7:00 am
