2022-2023 Long-Term Registration

- From the 2022-2023 season, LTS(Learn to Swim) levels 3 & 4 will be merged with Mini-Prep. 

- Early Morning Practice will be offered to the Swim Team and named MAC KNIGHTS 13+

 

2022-2023 Mini-Prep Schedule 

(Sep 6, 2022 - May 31,2023)

Long-term program for swimmers aged 6-11 that are levels 3 and 4. 

9 Month program, 2 or 3 times per week

Seasonal LTS for levels 1 & 2 will be updated at the end of July.

PRICING & FEES

FOR MINI-PREP/ MINI-TEAM/ SWIM TEAM

 

- Swim Meet fees are not included.

1 MAC KNIGHTS requires a minimum of 12 swimmers. Early morning practice will be canceled if the enrollment does not reach the minimum until July 1. Even if the program is canceled due to low enrollment, the $300 discount for MAC KNIGHTS will be applied to 4 times or more regular early-bird registration. For the MAC KNIGHTS early-bird discount, it requires registering 4 times morning practice or 4 times morning practice + 1/2/4 afternoon practice(s).

 

2 Pay Installments: $500 initial + 5% service charge applied for 6 installments. The balance dues in 6 equal installments are the following: at the time of registration($500+first installment), Nov 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1. 

 

3 Practices will be offered 5-6 times during the summer season. 

 

All Long-term Registrants require

1. The Premium Membership: $250 (per swimmer) read more>

2. A Volunteer Deposit: $100 (per family) read more>

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Check | Check should be made payable to "Moons Aquatics Club" and sent within ten days of registration.

2. Credit Card | Credit Card Processing Fee will be charged. $0.3/transaction + 3%

DISCOUNT 

1. MAC KNIGHTS Early Bird Discount: Extra $300 (Registration deadline: 5/31, Full Payment Only, Minimum four-morning practices per week, 13-18 years old)

2. Early Bird Discount 5% (Registration deadline: 5/31, Full Payment Only)

3. Multi Swimmer(Sibling) Discount: $150(same group only) for an account registering 2 swimmers, $300 for an account registering 3+ swimmers: Discount will be applied to the entire amount of payment excluding the membership fee. Swimmers must be registered at the same time for the discount to apply.

4. Team Official Discount $500 will be applied to the swimmer’s account credit. 

5. Athletes who have had PVS membership through MAC for a full four or more consecutive years will get a $100 discount and will be applied to swimmer's account credit.

6. Scholarship award max $200 (Eastern Zone: $100, Junior Olympic: $50, Age champs: $50, IMX: $50)

 

MAKE-UP & REFUND

1. The Long-Term Program does not offer make-up classes. 

2. Team dues are structured as annual fees. You will remain responsible for all fees even if you leave the team before the end of the season.

3. When Sat/Sun class has been canceled due to a swim meet, only swimmers who did not attend the swim meet are eligible to receive makeup classes. Swim meet participation will be considered as class participation.
