Learn to Swim (LTS) – Starting from the 2025–2026 season, LTS swimmers will train alongside the Mini-Prep Team.
- Ages 6+ / Registration is year-round / 1-hour classes
- Requirements to join: Must be able to swim 25 yards unassisted
- Uniform & Equipment: MAC swimsuit: $55/ Team swim cap: $20/ Required gear: Fins, Kickboard
National Team
National Team swimmers are required to register for 6 classes per week. Training schedules will be arranged in consultation with the coach, and up to 2 additional afternoon practices may be assigned by the coach, depending on the swimmer’s needs and availability.
- Unlimited training (6+2 sessions/week)
- 2026 Summer Season included: Up to 6 sessions/wk from June 13 to July 24
DSR Early Morning Practice: MON-FRI, 5 AM - 7 AM
Important Notice for High School Swim Season
Due to limited pool availability during the high school swim season (November 3 – February 22), schedule changes may be necessary. Please make sure to check for updates during this period, as practice times and locations may be adjusted. We will notify you as soon as details are confirmed.

1. Team Registration
To register for any 2025–2026 season classes — including LTS, Mini-Prep, Mini, Swim Team, National Team, and HS Maintenance — you must complete Team Registration first. Please complete Team Registration, and add it to your cart. Then, select your desired classes and add them to the same cart. You can check out all items together in one transaction.

Pre-season Practice: Swimmers registering for 4 or more Swim Team classes are eligible to participate in the pre-season practice.
National Team: Unlimited training(6+2 sessions/week), 2026 Summer Season included, Pre-season Practice
Pay Installments: $300 initial + 5% service charge applied for 7 installments. The balance dues in 7 equal installments are the following: at the time of registration($300), Oct 1, Nov 1, Dec 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1.

Please note that once registration is completed, refunds are not available for any reason, as we operate on a year-long commitment basis. Post-Meet Monday Morning Practice Notice
Please note: If there is a swim meet on Saturday and Sunday, Monday morning practice will be canceled to allow swimmers time to rest and recover.
Example: If a meet takes place on October 4–5, there will be no morning practice on Monday, October 6. However, Monday evening practice will proceed as scheduled. Swimmers who usually attend Monday morning practice may join the evening session or arrange a make-up session on another day.
Swim Meet Participation Counts as Class Attendance: If your swimmer participates in a swim meet, it will be counted as a regular class.

- For LTS and Mini-Prep Team classes that do not meet between November 9 and February 19, the lesson fee has been adjusted to $625 (approximately 6 months). Classes running for the full 9 months will remain at $975.

* Early Morning Practice(5:00 AM – 7:00 AM @ DSR) will have a schedule change during winter break. The updated schedule will be announced later.
* Pre-Season Practice: Add 10 extra sessions (Mon-Fri) for $160.
Membership: Pay only the USA Swimming membership fee. (No premium membership or volunteer deposit.)
Upgrade Option: Swimmers can switch to the 9-month plan by paying the difference.
HS Maintenance Program is not eligible for multi-class or multi-athlete discounts.

For example, if you're registered for 3 Swim Team classes, you can participate in 3 pre-season sessions per week. If you're registered for 5 Swim Team Classes, you can attend 5 pre-season sessions.
Dryland Schedule
For swimmers aged 12 and above, registering for 4 or more Swim Team classes, participation in Dryland@MP is available from Aug 19, 2024, to Dec 6, 2024, and from Jan 6, 2025, to Mar 26, 2025. Schedules will be updated soon.

Dryland could be held indoors and there may be a fee to enter the swimming pool or gym. No dryland class on Thursdays before the swim meet. If there is a championship, there will be no dryland classes starting 1 week prior to the event.
