11 Month Program : Sep - Aug+1y : 44 weeks

9 Month Program : Sep - May+1y : 36 weeks 

PRICING & FEES 

 

 

1 Pay Installments: $500 + 5% service charge applied for 6 installments. The balance dues in 6 equal installments are the following: at the time of registration($500+ first installment), Nov 1, Jan 1, Feb 1, Mar 1, Apr 1. 

 

- Early-bird registrants get 5% discount + preseason practice for Swim Team Only

- 5+ times registrants get 50% off for HS Maintenance class.  

- Swim Meet fees are not included. 

- Team Fees are not refundable for any reasons including early withdrawal, illness, injury, moving, etc. 

 

All Long-term Registrants require:

1. [MINI/SWIM] The Premium Membership: $170 (per swimmer, incl. 2 swim caps, 1 car magnet, 1 team patch, 1 team t shirt, 1 team swim suit, 1 jacket) 

2. [MINI/SWIM] A Volunteer Deposit: $100. Refundable Volunteer deposits of $100 per family will be collected. The volunteer sessions are mandatory for this group regardless of meet attendance. 

3. [MINI/SWIM] USA Swimming Registration & Insurance fees: Details will be informed later. (They are not included in membership from 2022.) 

4.Practice Equipment: [MINI/SWIM] goggles, fins, kickboard, pull buoys, snorkels, hand paddles… [MINI-PREP] goggles, fins, kickboard

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

1. Check | Check should be made payable to "Moons Aquatics Club" and sent within ten days of registration to: Moons Aquatics Club, 3964 Burning Bush Ct. Fairfax, VA 22033. 

2. Credit Card | Credit Card Processing Fee will be charged. $0.3/transaction + 3%

3. Zelle |  703-343-0905, Zelle payment should be made at the time of registration.

 

NO SWIM DATE FOR THE 2023-2024 SEASON

2024_Jan 1,  spring break (March 23-Apr 2)

- During the no swim dates, clinic or maintenance practice will be held with extra charge.

- There is no practice on the day of the swim meet.

- When Sat/Sun class has been canceled due to a swim meet, only swimmers who did not attend the swim meet are eligible to receive makeup classes. Swim meet participation will be considered as class participation. This policy is applied to all classes. 

- 

DISCOUNT 

1. Early Bird Discount 5% (Registration deadline: 5/31, Full Payment Only)

2. Multi Swimmer(Sibling) Discount: $150(same group only) for an account registering 3 swimmers, $300 for an account registering 3+ swimmers: Discount will be applied to the entire amount of payment excluding the membership fee. Swimmers must be registered at the same time for the discount to apply.

4. Team Official Discount $500 per family will be applied.*

5. Athletes who have had PVS membership through MAC for a full four or more consecutive years will get a $100 discount.*

6. Scholarship award max $200 (NCSA $100,Eastern Zone: $100, Junior Olympic: $50, Age champs: $50, IMX: $50)*

*4-6: Discounts will be applied after registration. For early-bird registrants, discount will be calculated before applying 5% early bird discount.  

 

MAKE-UP & REFUND

1. The Long-Term Program doesn't offer make-up classes. 

2. Team dues are structured as annual fees. You will remain responsible for all fees even if you leave the team before the end of the season. 

3. Team dues are non-refundable for any reasons including early withdrawal, illness, injury, moving etc.

Regular Season begins on Sep 5 but early registrants in Swim Team can participate in practice on Aug.

- From the 2022-2023 season, Learn to Swim levels 3 & 4 will be merged with the Mini-Prep Team. 

- Seasonal LTS for level 1 & 2 will be updated at the end of July.
