Dear MAC Family,

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused by today's unexpected credit card payment procedure. Due to recent updates in our billing system, there were some unforeseen complications that resulted in errors for certain payment methods.

For those who have already made payments using cash or Zelle, we regret to inform you that the status updates were delayed, leading to the unexpected credit card charges. We understand how frustrating this must be, and we assure you that we are working diligently to rectify the situation.

If you have experienced an unexpected credit card charge and have made alternative payment arrangements or registered for a class without payment, we kindly request you to reach out to Coach Joung. Please provide him with the necessary details so that we can promptly address the issue and ensure that it is resolved to your satisfaction.

We want to assure you that we are actively working to resolve this payment error as quickly as possible. Our club is working round the clock to fix the issue, and we anticipate having it completely resolved by June 8.
