Team Registration Process

 

Teamunify had a system update. Based on the new system, This is the processes of registration. Start with Team registration for your swimmer(s). 

1. TEAM REGISTRATION

 

You will choose your Team Plan. 

For Mini/Swim team members, Premium membership and a volunteer deposit will be charged. 

If you choose an 11 month plan, an additional fee will be charged at the time of the Team Registration.

 

If all of your swimmers are in Mini-Prep Team, you can choose "yes" to the additional question and then have the volunteer deposit discharged. If any of your swimmers in Mini Team or Swim Team, the volunteer deposit is required so please choose "no" for answer.

 

- Class registration is set up based on a 9 month plan. If you choose an 11 month plan, additional fees for the 11 month plan will be charged at the time of Team Registration.

- Premium Membership and Volunteer Deposit are required for the Mini Team and  Swim Team.

2. CLASS REGISTRATION

 

Class Registration is set up for 9 month plans. If you choose 1 class, it will be charge $1200. if you choose 2 classes, second one will be charged $900 so the total will be $2100.

 

 

 

- Multi-class discount will be applied for each class.

 

- Tuition for a 60 minute class in Mini-Prep Team is $850. If you choose 2 or more classes, the same multi-class discount rates will be applied. 

 

- HS Maintenance class discount for 5 times+ reg. choose 5 times+ reg. only discount at payment option.  

- Payment Option: Full Payment / Installments 

- 6 installments will be charged at the time of registration, 10/1, 11/1, 12/1, 1/1, and  2/1.

 

 

PAYMENT METHOD

1. Credit Card | Credit Card Processing Fee will be charged. $0.3/transaction + 3%

2. Check | Check should be made payable to "Moons Aquatics Club" and sent within ten days of registration to: Moons Aquatics Club, 3964 Burning Bush Ct. Fairfax, VA 22033. 

3. CASH | Choose Cash option for Zelle |  703-343-0905, Zelle payment should be made at the time of registration.

2023-2024 Mini-Prep Team Schedule 

(Sep 5, 2023 - May 31, 2024)

Long-term program for swimmers aged 6-14 that are levels 3 and 4. 

* rescheduled during the High School Swim Season

- From the 2022-2023 season, Learn to Swim levels 3 & 4 will be merged with the Mini-Prep Team.
