* PRE-SEASON PRACTICE: For those interested in participating in an additional 8 sessions of Pre-season Practice(4 sessions per week), an additional fee of $160 will be applied.

* High school swimmers who only wish to enroll in the HS Maintenance program can register by paying only the USA Swimming membership fee, without the premium membership fee or volunteer deposit.

- Registrants for 9 weeks or 20 weeks who wish to switch to the 9-month plan can do so by paying the additional amount for the extended period.

- The High School Maintenance Program is not eligible for multi-class or multi-athlete discounts.

[PAYMENT METHOD]

1. Credit Card | Credit Card Processing Fee will be charged. $0.3/transaction + 3%

2. Check | Check should be made payable to "Moons Aquatics Club" and sent within ten days of registration to: Moons Aquatics Club, 10660 Page Ave #3711, Fairfax VA 22038

3. Zelle | You can pay by Zelle and send payment to 703-343-0905 after choosing "CASH" for your payment option. Zelle payment should be made at the time of registration.

At Moons Aquatics Club, we value the commitment and dedication of our members. Please note that once registration is completed, refunds are not available for any reason, as we operate on a year-long commitment basis. By registering, you acknowledge and agree to fulfill your financial obligation for the entire duration of the program.
