We're thrilled to kick off the Summer Team season with you starting June 3rd! As we gear up for the main season, please note that from June 3rd to June 14th, we'll be following a Temporary Practice Schedule. This schedule may differ from your regular class times and locations, so be sure to check the Temporary Practice Schedule for your registered date. 05/14/2024 * Dulles South Rec will be closed on Thursday, June 6th. Therefore, the Thursday, 6/6 DSR class will be relocated to Manassas Community Park from 5:00-6:30 PM on the same day. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding.

05/24/2024 Added a Summer Friday DSR class on Friday, June 7th, from 6 pm to 7:30 pm at MP

The 2024 Summer All Care Intensive Class is a small group lesson led by Head Coach Moon, where each class lasts for 55 minutes and accommodates up to 3 swimmers per session. This focused session aims to help participants, aged 7 and up, acquire and refine essential techniques such as Turn/Dive and Stroke Technique tailored to each swimmer's needs in a personalized setting.
