USA Swimming Registration for New Members: Instructions and Refund Details

 

For swimmers registering with our club for the first time, parents must create a personal USA Swimming account in their name and register their swimmer as a member using the USA Swimming Membership registration link sent by the club.

There are two main membership options when registering your swimmer:

  • Mini-Prep Team: Flex Membership - $30 (allows participation in up to 2 meets).
  • Mini Team and Swim Team: Premium Membership - $100 (unlimited meet participation).

The USA Swimming membership fee is included in the club membership fee, and the club handles the renewal directly for returning members. For new members, after completing the USA Swimming registration and paying the membership fee, please notify Coach Moon via email at [email protected] or text at 703-343-0905 with your refund request infomation inclding ID or contact information, and your address. You can choose between Zelle, Venmo, or Personal Check for the $100 refund.

 SAT/SUN

Originally, no classes were scheduled on October 12-13 due to a meet. However, with the meet schedule changes, classes will now be held as usual on those dates. Instead, there will be no LTS classes on October 26-27.

 

 

 

1. October Open Replaced with Mako Meet on October 26-27

We had planned to attend the October Open Meet, but due to changes in the club schedule, we will now participate in the Mako Pumpkin Classic on October 26-27. The Mako Pumpkin Classic is open to all age groups. If any Mini-Prep or Mini Team swimmers are interested in participating, please consult with your coach to register.

 

 

1. Extra Practice Schedule for Swimmers Registered for 5+ Sessions

  • Swimmers registered for 5+ sessons per week: We have released the extra practice schedule for swimmers registered for 5 or more sessions per week, which will be provided at no additional cost.
  • All Swimmers: For those not registered for 5 sessions, you can still participate by paying an extra fee of $20 per session.
