Eastern Zone Short Course Championships

1. Open Water – Lake Montclair

• May 18, 2025, Lake Montclair, VA

We are excited to participate once again in the Montclair Festival Open Water Event this year! 

If you would like to take on this open water challenge, please contact coach Moon for more details. 

✅ Swimmers interested in joining must get pre-approval from coach Moon.

2. Triathlon – Reston

We are excited to announce our participation in the upcoming Triathlon in Reston on June 1, 2025! Swimmers aged 13+ can choose between two race options:​

• [Sprint Triathlon]: 400m swim – 12-mile bike ride – 5K run
• [Aquathlon] 400m swim – 5K run
