[Important] Complete Your 2025–2026 Team Registration & Spirit Wear Form

Dear MAC Families,

As we prepare to begin the 2025–2026 season, we would like to thank everyone who has already completed their Team Registration.

1. For those who have successfully registered: Please take a moment to complete the Team Spirit Wear Form. 

• LTS members ($75 membership): Select "LTS" and provide your swimwear size.
• Mini-Prep, Mini, Swim Team, National Team members: Please enter your T-shirt, hoodie, and swimwear sizes.
• HS Maintenance Program: Spirit wear is not included. If you’d like to purchase items separately, please contact Coach Moon.

To ensure we have the correct sizes and can prepare everything before the season begins, we kindly ask that you complete the form by August 1st. This will give us ample time to process orders and make all the necessary arrangements.

2. We noticed that some families have completed Class Registration but not Team Registration. Please complete your Team Registration by August 1st using the link below:

3. Unbilled membership fee and volunteer deposit

For some Mini-Prep, Mini, Swim, and National Team members who were registered in the 2024–2025 season, the system recognized them as having already paid the 2025 membership fee. As a result, the 2025–2026 membership fee was not charged during registration. We will be contacting affected families individually to provide guidance on the unbilled membership fee and volunteer deposit. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
