1. Team Spirit Wear Distribution

We sincerely apologize for the delay in distributing team gear. Swimsuit production and shipping have been delayed, so we will begin handing out all other team items first. 

2. Team Swimsuit Information

• Expected Distribution: Mid-October

• Swimsuit orders were placed in early August. Please note:

  • Athletes registered after August 10 may receive suits without the team logo.

  • If inventory is insufficient, refunds will be issued.

• 10 & Under Swimmers: Limited stock of last year’s team swimsuits is available for purchase at a discounted price of $30.

3. Registration Fee Notice

• Some families were not charged the Team Membership Fee ($295/athlete) or the Volunteer Deposit ($100/family) at the time of registration due to a system issue.

• For Learn-to-Swim (LTS) members, the $75 (swimsuit + cap) fee was not charged if team registration was not completed.

• We will be contacting affected families individually to arrange payment.

4. Additional Team Spirit Wear Purchase

For LTS members (whose membership fee does not include the team t-shirt and hoodie) and for family members who would like to purchase team spirit wear, the following items are available:

• T-shirt: $20

• Hoodie: $35

6. Competition Dress Code

All athletes participating in meets are required to wear:

• Team swimsuit

• Team cap

• Team hoodie or Team t-shirt
