1. New LTS Winter Season Class@DSR

The Tuesday Mini / Swim / National Team practice currently held at Manassas Park (MP) from 5:00–6:45 PM will move to DSR and be held at 6:00 PM during the period Nov 11 – Feb 17.
3.Mini Team: Tue, 4:30pm@DSR
The Tuesday Mini Team practice at DSR (4:30–6:00 PM) will be rescheduled to 7:30–9:00 PM for the same period.

2. Ashburn Class Seasonal Break Announcement
The last Ashburn class of this year will be on November 8, 2025, and classes will resume on February 28, 2026. During the break (November 15, 2025 – February 21, 2026), Ashburn swimmers will join the DSR practices. Please contact Coach Moon at [email protected].

Make-up sessions for November and December cancellations will be offered during the December winter break.
