the FISH Practice Groups:
The FISH Swim Team organizes swimmers by skill level and preferred training location. Regular training sessions are held at Spring Hill RECenter in McLean, Audrey Moore RECenter in Annandale, the St. James in Springfield, and Minnie Howard in Alexandria.
The Short Course season spans from mid-September to the end of May. During this period, swimmers train in 25-yard pools, focusing on technique, endurance, and competitive readiness. Please visit the respective practice group for detailed information on each group and its specific training requirements
