Facility Use Reminders

Jeff Slater
We are fortuante to have the facilities at ASD open to us. ASD has been a great partner for HYDRA Aquatics. They do ask that we abide by certain rules.

This is a gentle reminder of the facility use rules:

1. Our Security personal are fantastic. They are there to keep us all safe and our campus safe. Please treat them with respect. There are a few things they will ask - all visitors must present ID (usually QID) and receive a visitors pass to be worn while on campus; if you are an ASD family please have your Dragon card available for presentation when entering campus. Security has the ultimate decision making power about allowing people onto campus and it will run smoothly if ID is available and presented on each occasion.

2. HYDRA Aquatics has access to the indoor and outdoor pool areas during our training times. We ask everyone to please not wander through the campus, particularly through classrooms and offices. Also any children who are not participating in HYDRA programs must be supervised at all times.

3. Our class lists are shared with Security. This includes the names of parents who are on the registration document. If you are coming to pick up or drop off your swimmer please ensure that your name is on the registration information. Entry may be denied for people who are not on our registration lists.

We have a large number of people coming and going on a day to day basis. It is rare there are problems but there have been a few recently. Please remind yourself of the procedures for the use of the facilities and we appreciate your cooperation in this.
