My child(ren) will follow the Swimmer’s Code of Conduct as outlined in the ASSA guidelines. 

(My partner and) I will follow the Parent’s/Officials Code of Conduct as outlined in the ASSA guidelines.

I will give notice of holidays or absences from practices whenever possible to the Head Coach with as much notice as possible.

I understand that most correspondence will be coming via (BCC) email so I must provide a current email address and check my email frequently.

I will read the Parents Handbook prior to the start of the swim season and if I have any questions or comments, I will notify the board prior to May 1st of the current swimming year..

Our family will abide by all Saskatchewan and Alberta Health Guidelines pertaining to any Public Health Orders and we will respect and follow all BioClean Aquatic Center Rules and Public Health Orders. 

Our family agrees to volunteer at our Home meet (second weekend in June) and at 2 other additional meets within the season.  If it is your first year with the club you have to volunteer at 2 meets throughout the season.  

If my child(ren) qualifies for Regionals and Provincials I will also commit to volunteer for a minimum of half a day at each of these meets.  

Our swimmer(s) is/are committed to attending a minimum of 4 meets throughout the season. 

Performance Level swimmers are required to attend Regionals and Provincials.  All other swimmers are highly encouraged to attend Regionals.  

I am aware these meet fees are included in my registration costs.

I agree to pay additional meet fees for all meets attended above the 4 meet requirement. I am also aware that the Regional meet fee is a mandatory fee for all athletes regardless of attendance.  

Failure to meet any of the above requirements will result in your loss of

pre-registration privileges for the following season.
