For families wanting to use EPIC Funds:

 

Please register for Summer League and pay via credit card.  Then fill out EPIC Learning Fund Summer Request form - (one per child as EPIC is specific on the information we need to capture).

 

Forms filled out in April will be invoiced May 1.  If registration is done during May, the deadline to request EPIC funds for the summer is May 28.

 

Once AESC receives the EPIC payment, a refund check will be issued by AESC to the family.  It takes about 30 days from the time of invoicing to receive payment from EPIC.
