New and Returning Swimmers
$175.00 For the initial swimmer and a reduction of $20.00/each swimmer thereafter
Seneca Valley Swim Club and/or Local Club (ANSC, 3Rivers, and YMCA) Swimmers
$125.00 For the initial swimmer and a reduction of $20.00/each swimmer thereafter
Shaddow Coaches
$100.00 For swimmers that have been contacted and approved by our head coaches.
The above referenced 2025 ZASC fees include pool usage/liability, concessions fulfillment, funding for infrastructure and the budget for our wonderful coaching staff.
Volunteer Fee Assessments
$100.00 Fee assessed for those families that do not fullfill 2 jobs at 2 different meets. We are requesting a check that will be held until the end of the season that will be used accordingly if volunteer obligations are unfulfilled.
If for some reason you are unable to attend the meet that you signed up for, we require a 24 hour notice to allow us to make efforts to fill your vacant position.
*Registration is non-refundable after the first week of practices.
Practices
Orientation Week : All new swimmers (returning swimmers optional) are asked to attend as many of these days as possible so we can properly place them in their practice groups.
Monday, June 2nd, 2025 & Tuesday June 3rd, 2025 with a short practice afterwards.
Backup Dates are the following Monday and Tuesday
Practices After Orientation Week:
Mon-Thursday. Daily on non-meet evenings barring inclement weather, starting Tuesday, May 27th, 2024
All Swimmers are to arrive at 6:45pm stretching. Swimming will begin promptly at 7:00pm
Beginner: 7:00pm-7:30pm, Intermediate: 7:00pm-8:00pm, Advanced: 7:00pm-8:00pm
Note on Dual SVSC(or current club swimmers)/ZASCSwimmers:
We undertand that your club swimmer will most likely be practicing in the mornings during their Summer Long Course season. Therefore, our evening practices for these swimmers are optional.
Meets most often be held Monday and Thurdays evenings, once the season begins. There will be no practice held on meet days.
Our summer season runs May 28, 2025 - July 14, 2025, if for any reason that you are unable to attend any of the meets and/or practices, we ask that you contact the coaches to make them aware of your absences. It is understandable that the summer season will have many other opportunities for activities and that they may conflict with the team schedule but, again we ask to be considerate of your departures.
