The Cullman Swim and Dive Team (CST) CST is a summer league competitive swim and dive team offered through Cullman Parks and Recreation. We have high quality age-appropriate coaching and technique instruction for all ages and abilities. The goal of our team is to provide every member an opportunity to improve swimming skills and achieve success at his or her level of ability. Our team members are ages 5-18 from the Cullman County area.
