Meet Morning Schedule
Meet Check-in
All swimmers must report to the pool at some point between 8 -9 am to get race numbers on their arm. Coaches will use sharpie to write the Event/Heat/Lane and Stroke for each race your child will be swimming that night. Please take a picture of your child's arm! When you apply sunscreen, it may smudge. Please re-do prior to the meet so the volunteers and coaches will easily know when your child needs to line up.
Be sure to double check your race schedule!
If anything needs to be adjusted, you must talk to a coach in the morning.

Optional Clinic
We do not hold a full practice on meet mornings to ensure that our swimmers are fresh for the meet. Instead, our coaches offer an optional clinic where we focus on a stroke or skill, such as diving, that our swimmers need to improve. These clinics are held from 8-9 am and are a great opportunity for our swimmers to hone their skills! Meet Evening Schedule All swimmers must check in at the assigned pool by 4:15 pm. There will be coaches there in the Bullpen. Volunteers must check in at the table located in the Bullpen. You will be given your instructions about where to go then, but should you have any questions about positions, please contact me.. You will volunteer for one half of the meet - so Events 1 through 43 or 44 through 86. The action begins promptly at 5:30 and is typically over by 9:30.
