2025 Swim & Dive Team Registration Information

Wecome to the registration page for your 2024 Tri-County Swim League Champions, the Hy-Crest Bullfrog Swim & Dive Team. 

Your Hy-Crest Swim & Dive team registration fees include team t-shirt, as well as all competition fees (including championships and invitationals). Swim team fees also include one silicone team swim cap per swimmer every 2 years.

The Hy-Crest Swim Club relies on it's families to be full members of the pool in order for the pool to remain successful. For this reason, we ask that our Swim & Dive team families be full pool members. The pool has allotted the Swim & Dive team with a limited amount of team-only memberships that we can offer for a fee that is in addition to the team fees for families that are unable to join the pool as full members. Please email [email protected] or [email protected] for more information on this option or if interested in a team-only membership to ensure that there are still some available for this year.

IMPORTANT - Registration is a 2-step process. The first is completing a Google Form. The second is payment of your team fees. Fees can be paid by Venmo (@Carrie-Albanese) or Check (made out to Hy-Crest Swim & Dive Team). Registration is not considered complete until both steps have been completed, and your swimmer/diver will not be able to participate.

Registration Steps

1. Complete this Google Form if you are full members of the Hy-Crest Swim Club

2. Venmo @Carrie-Albanese or send a check made out to Hy-Crest Swim & Dive team to 5921 Old Forest Lane, West Chester, OH 45069

Team Fees for Full Pool Members :

  • $150 Swim Team
  • $100 Dive Team
  • $200 Swim & Dive Team
  • $450 Family Cap

Team Suits

We will have a new team suit for the 2025 season (TYR Technowave Green). For those that would like to purchase, suits are available again from Swimville. We will have a suit kit to try on at Meet the Coaches. Alternatively, you can go to Swimville in Kenwood and try on and purchase the suit there. Please see the documents below for the instructions to order the suit.
