Harleysville Make Up Meet Details

Sharks Families,

 

We apologize for what has probably been a very frustrating evening. Those of us who have been on the team for a long time can't really ever remember a season that has had as many issues as this one. As always, we appreciate your patience as we navigate what seems to always be, these days, uncharted waters.

 

Our meet against Harleysville will be made up on Monday morning. Our schedule of events will be as follows: 

7:00 AM arrival Swim AND Dive
7:15 AM warm up
7:30 AM dive start (this will be quick, junior dive was completed, and senior divers only have one more dive to complete each). 
7:45 AM swim start

We will be wrapping up before the Harleysville pool opens for business, ideally earlier. 

If you were signed up to work a job tonight, someone from the board will reach out to you tonight (if they haven't already) to see if you can still work that job. Priority for job signup will go to parents who were signed up to work tonight. Once we know what openings there are, we will ask for your help. If you are available to work a job on Monday morning, we would so very much appreciate you being willing to jump in and lend a hand. We know that a Monday morning meet is not ideal. Look for another communication regarding job sign ups once we know the number of openings. 

Swimmer and Diver Declarations: Here is a Link to our events page. Please go click there, and navigate to the new event page for the makeup meet and declare your swimmer as YES or NO for attending the meet on Monday morning. This declaration must be made before 11:59 pm on Saturday night. We will not be able to do late adds/drops because the meet will be in the morning. We greatly appreciate a response from everyone in this case. 

Parents, if I could ask you to step up and help those in your community to get athletes to the Harleysville pool and back on Monday, we would all greatly appreciate it. Let's come together to make this meet happen. 

Members of the board will be available at practice tomorrow to help declarations or anything related to this meet.
