Mon-Wed & Fri - 5:30-7:30

Please plan to pick up girls at 7:45 as they will be in pool until 7:30

BOYS -

Mon-Wed & Fri - 4:00-6:00

For both teams, see Coach communication on Band app for game and scrimmage day times.

*Per district policy, practices are canceled if the temperature exceeds 104°F. On days forecasted at 104°F or higher, we may hold morning practice from 5:30–7:00 AM. Updates will be communicated as conditions are confirmed.

Communication

Our primary communication tool is the Band App.

• Coaches Gerilyn and Gabi post all weekly schedule changes, game-day details, and other important updates directly to Band.

• Please download the app on your phone and have your athlete download it as well. Below is a QR code and here is the link.

• 

The board will also do its best to share updates via Band, email, Facebook, Instagram, and this website, but the most accurate and timely information always comes through your athlete’s coaches on Band.
