Reminders and Announcements

As we approach the beginning of the season, a few reminders and announcements.

• Please remember to declare for each meet by the Sunday prior to the meet. This lets the coaches know who will be attending the meet so they can map out the team entries for individual events and relays. You can make your declaration by clicking on the Calendar and then on Edit Committment next to the meet.
• Please remember that this season we have implemented minimum volunteer requirements for each family. Families with one swimmer must fill three jobs during the season. Families with two swimmers must fill four jobs during the season. Families with three or more swimmers must fill five jobs during the season. If both parents can volunteer during the same meet, that counts as two jobs towards the requirement. All dual meets on the calendar have the expected jobs that our team will need to fill available right now to claim. Families that do not fulfill the volunteer requirements will not be eligible for Championships. Jobs can be claimed by going to the Calendar and clicking on Edit Job Signup. Please remember to sign in at the Officials Table before the meet so your job can be recorded.
• We will be having a parent meeting and a swimmer meeting before the first meet (Tuesday, June 20th) after our warm ups. This meeting will take place at 6 PM and will last for no more than 10 minutes. Please plan to attend. The parent meeting will be in the Pavilion. The swimmer meeting will be in the team area.
