  • 1 Meter Diving - Sawyer Celotta

When asked after the meet which athlete had the most impressive performance during the competition, Head Coach Pete Crawford mentioned that there wasn’t just one team member that had great swims at this season’s first dual meet.  Coach Pete said that what excited him this evening was the fact that many of the veteran swimmers had personal best times or were close to their personal best times from the previous season. "It is like we picked up from right where finished the 2020-21 season", he said. Coach Pete believes that this is a good indicator of how the 2021-22 season will progress for the Cougars.  He was also impressed at how the forty-five-member team has started developing a family spirit.
