2025 CNSL Registration Information

  • April 16 - June 22

  • All swimmers must meet the League Requirements found here

  • All swimmers must be registered as of Monday, June 2nd to practice with the team

  • All swimmers and their families are bound by the CNSL Code of Conduct upon Registration

  • Register online at ColumbiaAssociation.org/login: (updated registration instructions will be coming soon!)

    • Select Programs​

    • Change Site to Outdoor Pools

    • Select Category Aquatics

    • Go To CNSL Summer Swim Teams

    • Click on View Programs

    • Select appropriate team

  • Call or stop by the Columbia Association Aquatics Office to register by phone or in person

    • Open Monday through Friday from 9am-5pm​

  • Registration must be submitted by MIDNIGHT on the dates below in order to be on the official roster and eligible to swim:

    • June 8 to swim in the 1st Dual Meet

    • June 15 to swim in the 2nd Dual Meet

    • June 22 to swim in the 3rd Dual Meet

    • June 22 is the Last Day to Register for the Season!

Cost

  • Per swimmer by June 8 ($15 early registration discount)

    • CA Members, $195

    • Columbia Cardholders, $290

    • Non-members, $505

  • Per swimmer starting June 9

    • CA Members, $210

    • Columbia Cardholders, $305

    • Non-members, $520

  • Discounts are available for CA staff, income-qualified members and Clippers swimmers*. (*Clippers swimmers must register by phone or in-person to receive a discount)

  • Fees are not prorated for late or mid season registrations

Refund Policy

  • Refund requests must be made by calling the Columbia Association Aquatics Office.

  • Requests made by 5pm June 13 receive a full refund, less a $25 Administrative Fee.

  • Requests received from June 14 through July 14 receive a prorated refund based on weeks of participation less the $25 Administration Fee.

  • All swimmers requesting a refund are charged a $25 Administrative Fee, including swimmers who are unable to participate due to not meeting the Safety Participation Requirement.

  • Refunds will not be issued following the conclusion of the season.
