FIRST SPLASH!  COME TO TRY US OUT!

Any swimmer interested in joining our team this year, should attend our FIRST SPLASH practices from May 26 - May 29. No registration required during First Splash, but please remember, these are NOT LESSONS!

All First Splash practices are held at Faulkner Ridge Pool from 5-5:30pm

First Splash offers swimmers the opportunity to meet our coaches, and determine if a competitive swim team is a good fit. Coaches will work with the youngest swimmers on practicing kicking, floating, and streamline arms. Our pool is not heated. Please prepare your swimmer for cooler water during this time of year and all swimmers should have googles! 

*All swimmers wishing to officially join our team MUST be registered with CNSL by June 2 in order to continue to practice with the team. Please talk with a team manager if you have concerns about your swimmer's ability.  Swimmers ages 10 and under must be able to complete 1 length of the pool and swimmers 11 and up must complete 2 lengths of the pool on or before the time trial meet on June 6, 2026  to remain eligible for the team. CNSL does have a reasonable refund policy!
