Weeks full of record breakers!

What an AMAZING week. Thanks to all of the swimmers and families who came out today for the relay carnival. Barrington came in 2nd in the Division and was only 2 POINTS away from taking home the title of Gold Division relay champs! 

Several new records were broken this week!!! Congratulations to our new record breakers!

At Monday night's IM carnival (7/7/2025), Charlie Carnaggio took down yet another one of Brandon Fabians records with a new Short Course Meter record in the 11-12 100 IM. Charlie's time of 1:11.78 breaks Brandon's record from 2011 which was a time of 1:11.82.

At Saturday's meet vs Saratoga (7/12/2025) the team of Laura Nguyen, Shayan Ahmed, Charlie Carnaggio and Grace Daley broke the 200 Medley Mixed Age Mixed Gender Short Course Meters relay record with a time of 2:27.10. This record replaces the record that was just set in 2023.

At the Relay Carnival (7/14/2025) the team of Charlie Carnaggio, Brian Nguyen, Owen Hill and Luel Anteneh broke the record for the Boys 13-14 Short Course Yards 200 Medley with a time of 2:03.88. This record replaces a record from 2013 of 2:04.15.
