PRACTICE BEGINS Monday, April 7th!!!!!

5.5.25-6.6.25(Spring Practice change) 4PM-830PM

Arrive to practice at least 10-15 minutes early to allow for parking, and check in/ stretches. All swimmers are to return to their age group for practice in May.

Age group 13-18

4PM-5:15PM- In water (1hr 15min)

Age group 11-12

5:15PM-6:15PM- in water ( 1hr)

Age group 6 & under

6:15PM-6:45PM- in water (30 min)

Age group 7-8

6:45PM-7:30PM- in water (45 min)

Age group 9 -10

7:30PM-8:30PM- in water (1hr)

6.9.25-7.25.25 (Summer Practice – AM Practice)  - Will be released to Families beginning of June
