Lyndsay Schaeberle

In BSC's 2012 summer season, Lyndsay took over as head coach. She graduated from Northeastern High School in 1996 and was a four-year swimmer on the swim team. Lyndsay graduated from Bloomsburg University in 2000 with a degree in Social Welfare and a minor in Sociology. Lyndsay earned her teaching certificate in Elementary Education/Special Education from Eastern University. For four years Lyndsay taught at York County School of Technology through the LIU. In 2004 Lyndsay began coaching for the Bobcat Swim Club where she met her future husband, Dan Schaeberle. As an assistant coach, Lyndsay began coaching for the Northeastern High School Swim Team in 2006. In addition to her coaching duties, Lyndsay is a stay-at-home mom to Claire and Chase.

 

Adam Ellis

Adam has been coaching with the Bobcat Swim Club since the summer of 2005. He began swimming at five years old for the BSC and swam on the Northeastern High School for four years. For the last three years, he has also been an assistant coach with the High School team. He also attended college at HACC. When not at the pool, Adam enjoys playing ultimate frisbee and going to the beach. He is also an avid sports fan following the Orioles, Nittany Lions, and Philadelphia Eagles.

 

 

Dan Schaeberle

Dan graduated from Dallastown High School in 1999 and was a four year letter winner on the swim team. He graduated from West Chester University in 2003 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Kinesiology where he was a four year swimmer for the West Chester swim team. In 2009, Dan graduated from Wilkes University with a Master’s of Science degree in Education. He started teaching at Northeastern in 2005 and is currently teaching Aquatics at the high school. He has been the head high school swim coach since the 2003–2004 school year. Dan is the father of current BSC swimmers Claire and Chase and the husband to head coach Lyndsay. When he is not at the pool Dan likes to run and cheer on his favorite teams: Duke basketball, the Philadelphia Eagles, Philadelphia Philles, Flyers, and 76ers.
 

 

Kyleigh Smeltzer

Kyleigh has been a part of the Bobcat Swim Club since she joined in 2008 as an eight and under swimmer. Over the years, she has been a part of Northeastern as a swimmer, swim instructor, lifeguard, and most recently as an assistant coach. Kyleigh continued swimming throughout college at Wilkes University and graduated with a degree in Middle-Level Education. She is about to earn her Master's in Integrative Media and STEM. Kyleigh currently works as a science teacher at Crossroads Middle School and is the head coach of their cross country team as well. When not at school or coaching, Kyleigh enjoys hiking and spending time with family and friends.

 

 

Barron Bishop

Barron has been swimming for Bobcat Swim Club for 9 years and will soon to be competing in his 4th year of swimming for Northeastern's high school team. This year will be Barron's senior year.  Following graduation, Barron will be heading to Penn State Altoona where he will major in Rail transportation engineering. In his spare time, Barron likes to watch the Philadelphia Eagles as he is a huge fan.
 
 
 
                                                                                   
 
Levey Wzorek

Levey swam for the Bobcat Swim Club for 5 years.  In addition, he completed four seasons on the Northeastern High School Team.  Levey is currently in his first year of college at Thaddeus Stevens School of Technology where he is majoring in welding and metal fabrication.  In his spare time, Levey likes to cheer on his favorite sports teams: the Chicago Bears, Bulls, and White Sox, as well as the Blackhawks and the Oregon Ducks.
 
 
Maddi Stoner

Maddi has been a swimmer since the age of 7.  She started her swim career at the York YMCA where she swam for 10 years. In addition, Maddi swam on the West York High School team for 4 years, and finally the Millersville University Swim Team for 5 years. While attending Millersville, Maddi was a team captain, top 3 in the history of the program in all of her events/strokes, and is the current record holder in the 200 Fly. Maddi's events were the IM, Butterfly, Breaststroke, and sprint freestyle.  She was a swim coach for the Marauder Swim Club 2020-2021 and a personal trainer for Power Train from 2021-2022 before joining the coaching staff at Bobcat Swim Club this year.
 
 
 
Austin Turner

Austin has been swimming for the Bobcat Swim Club since he was 9 years old.  He attends Northeastern High School, swims for the high school team, and is in marching band.  Austin also plays water polo for the Central York Water Polo Club Team in the spring.  Austin is involved in many clubs in high school, including National Honor Society.  He started coaching during the 2022 winter swim season.  In his spare time, he likes to play video games and cheer on his favorite sports teams: the Philadelphia Eagles, the Philadelphia 76ers, and the Baltimore Orioles.
