🦊 Head Swim Coach- Chris Howie ðŸ¦Š

Chris Howie has been the head swim coach at Fox Hollow since 2007.  Chris has recently lead the team to back to back division championships, first winning D Division in 2022 and then winning C Division in 2023. In 2025 the team won B Division!  He swam 4 years for Kutztown University where he graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in history. During the winter, Chris is a head coach at SJAC swimming in Voorhees.  Chris and his dog, Pickels, can be found on deck together coaching and enjoying the swimming season.  

🦊 Asst Swim Coach- Erin Quay ðŸ¦Š

Erin Quay joined Fox Hollow as the Assistant Coach in 2022. As a Fox Hollow alumni, she then went on to swim for Rowan University for four years, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in biology. Erin was named assistant coach at Rowan University, and has wrapped up her second season.  Erin and her family have been a member of Fox Hollow Swim Club for over 20 years and are well known in the Fox Hollow and Swim Community for their dedication and service to the community.

🦊 Head Dive Coach- Olivia Salmons ðŸ¦Š

Olivia Salmons is a dedicated and accomplished diving coach returning for her second year in 2025 as Head Diving Coach at Fox Hollow Swim Club. A rising Junior at Montclair State University, Olivia recently wrapped up her sophomore collegiate diving season, where she continues to grow as both an athlete and mentor. She brings over six years of coaching experience to the team, having started as an assistant coach at Sunnybrook Swim Club and then progressing to her current role at Fox Hollow. Olivia also coaches year-round at Pike Dive Academy, where she works with divers of all skill levels to develop their technique, confidence, and love for the sport. At Montclair State, Olivia is pursuing a major in Justice Studies and has been recognized for her academic excellence, appearing on both the Honor Roll and the Dean’s List. Her dedication in the classroom matches her commitment on the pool deck, where she’s known for her unwaveringly supportive coaching style and her ability to connect with young athletes. Olivia's background as a competitive diver gives her a deep understanding of the sport. At the same time, her years of coaching allow her to provide personalized guidance that helps each diver reach their potential. She is excited to return and continue her mission of fostering a positive, high-energy environment for the team. 

 

Swim Club Managers

We are excited to welcome back Sam Clark as our Fox Hollow Manager this summer. Sam his family have been members of Fox Hollow for many years. He also both spent many summers on the swim team when he was younger. Sam is looking forward to another fun and foxtastic summer at Fox Hollow Swim Club!
