Fall Clinic Details

Location: Please note that the 2025 Fall Clinic will NOT be held at the Gehringer Park Recreation Club. The clinic will be ran by Coach Niki and will take place off-site at the Ambrose Aquatic Center, located at: 125 Memorial Way, Bay Point, CA 94565.

Program Dates: 

14 week program. 

3 days/week - Every Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday  (9/02/2025 - 12/11/2025)

Fees & Policies

Multi-Swimmer Sibling Discount: $25 off each swimmer, starting with the second swimmer.

Meet Fees: Optional swim meets may occur throughout the fall, most will be at no cost. There may also be a few optional self-funded meets that typically cost $10–$35 per swimmer.

Preferred Payment Methods

Payments will be made directly to Coach Niki. DO NOT submit ANY payments to Gehringer Park Swim Team.

All payments must be made in full by Monday, September 1, 2025. Any unpaid swimmer(s) or swimmers not paid in full by 9/01/2025 will not be allowed to participate in the clinic until full payment is made.

Refund Policy
No refunds after Monday, September 1, 2025.

Refunds requested before 9/01/2025 will receive half of the registration fee ($250), minus any discounts.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to [email protected] BEFORE 9/01/2025.

Practice Schedule

Start Date: Tuesday, September 2, 2025
Days: Tuesday – Thursday (through December 11, 2025)
Times (by age):

• 10 & Under: 4:00 PM – 4:45 PM
• 11 & Up: 4:45 PM – 6:00 PM

Practice groups may be adjusted based on age, ability, and overall registration numbers. Swimmer safety and high-quality instruction are our top priorities.

Practice times are subject to change by +30/-60 minutes depending on the number of swimmers per age group.
