Lake Chesterfield Swim Team Registration Event

Hi Swim Team Families! 

Just a friendly reminder that our registration event is, Thursday April 24th, at the Lake Chesterfield Clubhouse (150 Waterside Drive) from 6-8 pm.  During that time, you will be able to drop off your work duty checks (4 checks at $100 each made out to LCST) and pay your swim team fees (you will be able to pay your fees by credit card if you would like - a small fee is added for this convenience).  Please make sure that you have already registered your child(ren) online PRIOR to stopping by the clubhouse.

B and B Aquatics will also be at the clubhouse and will have team suits and goggles available for purchase. Please remember, no tech swimsuits allowed.

This year we will once again be offering Lake Chesterfield Swim Team Spirit Wear for purchase. Items being offered are two different t-shirts, one with the team design (white shirt) and one with the spirit wear design (dark gray shirt), and crewneck and hooded sweatshirts (spirit wear design on dark gray sweatshirts). You will be able to order/pay (cash, check, or credit card) for them at the registration event. If you are unable to attend the registration event, but would still like to order spirit wear items, please check your email later next week for information on how to place an order and pay. 

**If you have a swimsuit that no longer fits your child and is still in good condition, please bring it in for our annual Swimsuit Swap, where you will be able to pass on your outgrown suits and maybe find the next size needed!** 

If you cannot make it to the clubhouse on April 24th, you can drop off or mail your 5 checks (1 for fees, and 4 for work duties - $100 each) payable to LCST AND your Parent Contract AND Swimmer Code of Conduct to Rachel Kennedy 213 Beacon Point Lane, Wildwood, MO 63040. All checks for fees and work duties need to be received by May 2nd in order to guarantee your swimmer(s) a spot on the team. 

Just a friendly reminder that fees will increase on April 28th!

Our registration deadline this year will be May 2nd. This date will also be our cut off date for refunds. If a refund is needed for any reason, please email [email protected] by May 2nd and put Rachel Kennedy in the subject line.
