2025 Registration Requirements and Dates

Work Duties:

- Each family is required to work 3 full work duty shifts during the season. 

- If your child(ren) swims at the end of the season conference meet, you will be required to fulfill 1 conference work duty shift. 

- Work duties are waived for families who ONLY have a 15-18 year old swimmer or ONLY have Little Gators.

-If you cannot do your work duty for any reason, you must find a replacement (NOT parent reps). If you are a no show on the day of your duty or you do not sign up at all, your check will be cashed. 

Payment:

- In addition to the registration fees, families must submit FOUR $100 work duty deposit checks (3 for regular season meets plus 1 for conferences). These checks will be returned to you upon completion of your work duties. If you fail to complete your work duties, these checks will be cashed. 

- All Checks (1 for registration fees, plus 4 for work duty deposits) should be made out to LCST. 

- Credit cards for the registration fees (not work duties) will be accepted in person ONLY during the registration event at the Lake Chesterfield Clubhouse on April 24th, 2025 from 6-8 pm. 

- All payments (registration fees and work duty checks) must be received by May 2nd in order to guarantee your child's spot on the team. NO exceptions.
