Conference FRIDAY NIGHT 11 and Up

Hi everyone! Our 11 and up conference meet is, FRIDAY, July 11th, in the evening at Cool Dell. Please read through the following information carefully: 

Cool Dell is located at:
414 Dietrich Rd.
Ballwin, MO 63021

We will warm up from 4:20 - 4:40 pm, but are asking that swimmers arrive by 4:10 pm to check in with their coaches. **The meet will start promptly at 5:30 pm.**

Parking: Cool Dell parent volunteers will be in the main parking lot directing traffic. Overflow parking will then go to the upper tennis court. When that is full, cars will be directed to the subdivisions on either side of Cool Dell (Ridgemont and Indian Hills). If you park on Cool Dell Ct in Ridgemont subdivision, look for a short path leading to the pool. Do not park in Dietrich Woods Subdivision directly across the street from the pool – they will call and have your car towed. Carpooling is recommended. 

Bullpen: Each team will have their own bullpen areas so please look for signs directing your swimmers to the bullpen for Lake Chesterfield. Since some bullpens are in the shady grass area outside of the pool under the trees we suggest bringing folding chairs, towels or blankets for your swimmers to sit on, and bug spray. Trash cans will be provided in each bullpen so please make sure that your swimmers clean up after themselves when they pack up. No one is allowed on the lower volleyball court area.
 

Spectators: Cool Dell has a fantastic deck with ample tables/umbrellas, but these spots fill up quickly. There is plenty of deck space closer to the pool, so if you would like to sit there please bring your own chairs.
 

Concessions: Cool Dell has an assortment of reasonably priced items in their concessions area. They will have their burgers, hot dogs, chicken, and a nice variety of snacks and drinks. Cool Dell does allow outside food and beverages to be brought in but really appreciates our patronage at their concession stand.

Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed but absolutely no glass of any kind on the property. 

Smoking: Cool Dell is a smoke-free facility including vaping and recreational marijuana.
