Conference Information SATURDAY 10 and Under

Lake Chesterfield Swim Team Parent Reps

Hi everyone! Our 10 and under conference meet is, SATURDAY, July 12th, in the morning at Cedarmill. Please read through the following information carefully: 

Cedarmill is located at:
1896 Cedarmill Dr.
Chesterfield, MO 63017

We will warm up from 7:30 - 7:55 am, but are asking that swimmers arrive by 7:20 am to check in with their coaches. **The meet will start promptly at 9 am.**

Parking: Ample parking will be available within Cedarmill’s parking lot and adjacent field. There is no parking along Cedarmill Drive near the pool or down the side streets, as they would like to respect their neighbor’s privacy.

Bullpen: The bullpen will be located on Cedarmill’s multipurpose court. Please look for our team’s area (our team tents will be set up) and have your swimmers find a spot. Swimmers are not allowed to sit in the grass area surrounding the multipurpose court. The bullpen  works together to line our kids up in chairs and bring them down to the pool  deck. This meet moves really quickly so PLEASE make sure that your swimmers return to the bullpen as quickly as possible after they swim an event. Please bring bug spray and let your swimmers know that they can not go out behind the  multipurpose court or onto the turf court above. ABSOLUTELY NO BALLS will be tolerated in the bullpen!

Spectators: Spectators are welcome to bring their chairs and sit anywhere on the pool deck. Please do not sit in the grass outside of the pool area. 

Concessions: Cedarmill’s Men’s Club will be serving their famous breakfast burritos and handmade smash burgers for lunch. An assortment of candy, pretzels, water, soda, etc. will also be available. Cash and credit cards are accepted. 

Alcohol: Alcohol is allowed but absolutely NO GLASS of any kind on the property. Per Gateway rules, meet volunteers may not consume alcohol before or during their  work duties.

Smoking: Cedarmill is a smoke-free facility including vaping and recreational marijuana.
