Swim Team

*Practices are held Monday - Friday except for July 4.*

9 - 12 4:15 p.m. - 5:30 p.m. 9:30 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.
7 - 8 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. 10:45 a.m. - 11:30 a.m.
5 - 6 (Starts 6/2) 6:00 p.m. - 6:30 p.m. 11:30 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.

7 - 8 5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. Mon - Thurs, 5:30 p.m. - 6:30 p.m.

Dive Team

Reminders

  • Bring sneakers for dryland workouts to all practices.
  • Be on deck 5 minutes prior to the start of your practice session.
  • Bring flippers and sneakers for practice each day.
  • Attendance is expected every day.  Please notify a coach if there is any conflict.
  • Divers must have the top band and be able to swim proficiently in the diving well.
