Strong Swims Highlight Pre-Spring Break Week Meets
The Gaels of Bishop Gorman Swim & Dive were busy prior to Spring Break. On Thursday, the Gaels took on multi-time defending State Champion Palo Verde in our weekly dual meet. We competed well and had many teammates try new events for the first time. Unfortunately, BG was on the short side of the final team scores for both the boys and girls.
On a quick turn around, 30 Gorman teammates competed at the Spring Break Invite on Saturday. The non-scored meet saw some great 50 Freestyles from the Gaels and more teammates trying new events. The coaches love to see our athletes not be afraid to take a risk and try something new, regardless of the result.
