Underclassmen Shine in Week 3 Wins vs Clark

The Bishop Gorman Swim & Dive Team faced off against Clark High School for the first time in a number of seasons Saturday. Despite having a small contingent of Gaels due to Prom, both the boys and girls teams pulled out victories! The ladies, led by almost entirely underclassmen, squeaked out a 1 point win over the chargers, 139-138. The women's team remains perfect on the season, 3-0. The boys team handled Clark with relative ease, 190-82, to move to 2-1 on the year.
 
Saturday's victories required a total team effort. We had several teammates swim events way out of their comfort zone and do GREAT in those events. Everyone's willingness to step up for the team made these wins possible. The coaching staff is extremely proud and impressed with the progress of the team so far.

Meet Start: 5:45pm
Location: UNLV's Buchanan Natatorium
