Weekly BGHS Swim/Dive Update - May 8, 2023
And just like that, it is Championship season Gaels! Last week we kicked it off with a great showing at the
Last Chance meet. We had a number of teammates pick up new Regional times and even more swim the fastest they have all season. It is truly incredible how much better we have gotten in 3 short months!

This week we have the NIAA 5A Regional Championship. More info below and will be published shortly.
Do I still have to come to practice if I am no longer racing?
Yes, you should keep practicing! We want all teammates to keep coming to practices through Tuesday, May 9. After Regional prelims, practices will only be open to teammates who advanced to Regional Finals.
Regionals Meet Line-up
The Gael's Regional line-up was sent out as a draft last week. There were NO changes made to the line-up.
It is also posted on the Regionals Event Page on our TeamUnify website.
A separate email will be sent to all of the Regional swimmers shortly with Meet Information.
Turn in Equipment Bags
If you checked out a Bishop Gorman equipment bag for the season (blue or orange mesh bag, kickboard & pull buoy), please turn them in at practice this week. They are team sets, not yours to own.
