East Ridge vs Park

The East Ridge Swim and Dive team defeated their inter district rivals, Park HS last night 102 to 77.  Despite resuming heavy training after the holiday break and a couple snow days, our Raptor swimmers relied on a deep bench to dominate the night.  

Our top seeded relays for the 200 Medley, 200 Freestyle and 400 Freestyle crushed the competition by 3, 8 and 30 seconds respectively.  Next up for our team is the Maroon and Gold Invitational at the University of Minnesota this Saturday at 3pm. The Raptors are favored to have a very strong showing across the board.
