ERHS WINTER SPORTS REGISTRATION

ERHS WINTER SPORTS REGISTRATION OPENS MONDAY, OCTOBER 13th, 2025.

Find winter sports registration information on East Ridge High School Activities.

Registration process will include:

• ERHS Registration
• Current Sports Physical
• ERHS Athletic Fee Payment

Athletes will not be allowed to attend practices or team events until this process is complete.

SPORTS PHYSICAL NOTES:

Please make sure your student has a current sports physical on record with ERHS. The Sports Physical Form can be found on the East Ridge High School Activities home page.

Sports Physicals are valid for 3 years.  The date of your last physical submitted to ERHS can be found under the Health tab of your Parent Portal account.

Completed Sports Physical Forms should be dropped off at the ERHS Athletics Office, emailed to the Activities Assistant [email protected], or faxed to 651-425-2307.
