2023 True Team State

The East Ridge Swim and Dive team placed 6th at the True Team State meet on Saturday night, from a 12th place wild card seed. Our Raptors capped off an ultra fast meet by outright winning the 400 Free Relay. 

Next week is a busy one with back to back meets; first at Irondale on Tuesday, and our last home meet versus Forest Lake on Wednesday.  Go Raptors!!
