SWIM MEET PREPARATIONS:

-Meet Declaration (signing up for swimmers to participate in the swim meets) is done on the website.  Deadlines are as follows: 

• For both Tuesday and Thursday's Meets, 9:00 PM on the Saturday before the meet

All of the meets are on the calendar and you can declare now.  All non-responses after the deadline will be treated as NOT ATTENDING and those swimmers will not be entered into any events.  It takes a considerable amount of time to create the meets, so please be respectful of this request.   As usual, if you have any questions, please let us know.

-Swimmers are divided into age groups, as well as by gender for the meets. The age groups are as follows: 8 & under, 9 & 10, 11 & 12, 13 & 14, and 15 & over.

-To qualify for conference, you must swim in at least 2 conference meets at different pools during the season & have established a time in at least 1 individual event. Decisions on who will swim at conference will be the coach's decision. Factors involved will include TIMES, EFFORT, ATTENDANCE AND SPORTSMANSHIP.
