26th Annual Cold Water Classic (2025)

The 2025 Cold Water Classic is available to all LMT swimmers
To sign up for this meet (once posted): Log in to our website, scroll to the Events section, Find the Cold Water event, Click on the red Comitment button. Find your childs name, click on it. Declare "yes", then a list of events will appear. Select the events that you want. Don't forget to SAVE your entries!

Warrington is excited to be able to once again host The Cold Water Classic! This event enables swimmers to have current competitive times for other LBSL invitationals scheduled for later in the season. Most of the league sanctioned times for other invitationals are due shortly after the Cold Water Classic. This event also offers the opportunity for all children to swim.
Swimmer information
o The age of the swimmer as of June 15, 2025 will determine age group placement. Each swimmer may
swim up to five (5) individual events. In keeping with the competitive spirit to help each child succeed,
children ages 12 and under will compete within a one year age category for certain events.
o The Warrington Swim Club is a meter pool
o The cost is Seven Dollars ($7.00) per event. No entries will be accepted without payment. We are unable
to accept late entries.
● Dinner, including Chick-fil-a will be available Thursday & Friday. No need to stop on the way! Beverages, t-shirts, magnets, and personal best swim shop will
also be available.
● There is bleacher seating and you are welcome to bringyour own chairs.
● They will do everything possible to host the meet, however, they are unable to offer refunds due to inclement weather.

AWARDS
Individual awards will be given to the top 10 finishers in each event.
1st - 3rd Medals 4th - 10th Rosettes
All events will be timed finals. Warrington is a six lane meter pool. The top 10 finishers in each division, in each event, will earn points toward the team trophy. Each division winning team will receive a team trophy.
WORKERS
● Each team will be asked to provide timers based upon the number of entries from your team. Your coach will be given the number of timers needed each day.

● EACH TEAM SHOULD BRING THEIR OWN WATCHES FOR USE BY THEIR PARENTS.
