IMPORTANT INFO: Meet Declarations, Job Sign-Ups, Key Positions to be Filled
Hi LMT Swim Team Families,
It's our first meet week!! Below is important information in order for meets to run smoothly, so please read carefully.
1.) All Dual Meet declaration "Edit Commitment" buttons and Parent "Job Signups" are live on the website under the Events tab. Please only declare attendance for your team's assigned meets - Gators OR Crocs (not both). You MUST declare each swimmer YES/NO for each meet. This signup will close 2-3 days before the meet date. After this period ends, swimmers who did not declare either way will be a "NO" for that meet.
You must declare attendance by TUESDAY 6/25 at MIDNIGHT for the meets taking place Thursday 6/27.
2.) Please sign up for meet jobs ASAP. As a reminder, all families with one swimmer need to volunteer 3 times, and families with two or more swimmers need to volunteer 4 times during the season. It takes a village, and we need to fill all job assignments in order to hold the meets.
3.) We are still in need of a couple of key positions that require training, or we will not be able to hold meets. These are:
CROCS: Head Table Workers
CROCS: Alternate Starter (must have previously been a certified S&T Judge)
We will need to have people in these positions trained by Tuesday. If interested, let us know and we'll send the links for the training and test.
