Good evening Swimmers and Families!

Happy Fourth of July, LMT! I hope you are all having a fun and safe holiday weekend. Just a reminder, we do have normal practice tomorrow (Monday, July 5).

Practice schedule – Monday - Friday, July 5 - 9:

7:00-8:30 AM (ages 13 and up)

8:30-9:45 AM (ages 12 and under)

9:45-10:45 AM (ages 9 and under)

**MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, FRIDAY – long course (13 and over, experienced swimmers) – 6:30-8:30 AM

SWIM MEET (HOME) v. ORELAND:

Our third dual swim meet will be on Tuesday, July 6, 2021 at HOME against Oreland. Registration closes for Tuesday's meet TONIGHT AT MIDNIGHT. Let’s go LMT!

MEET AND GREET WITH DAVID CURTISS:
LMT senior, coach, and Olympic Trials medalist, David Curtiss will be at the LMT Pool on Tuesday, July 6 from 4:00-5:30 for autographs and pictures.

ODD AGE INVITATIONAL:
Online registration for the Odd Age Invitational will open this week. The date of this meet is Saturday, July 17, 2021. It will be a quick turnaround for entries – please keep an eye on your email this week!

Did you order suits or personalized cap?

Suits and caps have arrived! If you ordered a suit and/or cap, please stop by the swim team room during practice. Non-personalized caps are available for purchase for $10 (cash or check).

All the dates for the season can already be found on our throughout the Team Calendar!
